I’ve died and gone to…Lindon?

Yesterday while lunching at Chick fil a with the ladies, Natalie mentioned a house she’d seen that she thought I’d love, and referred me to THIS blog to check it out.

At first glance I presume it was in Cape Cod; crisp white trim, dusty shingles, turquoise accents and even an american flag. It’s hard for me to imagine this house anywhere but by the sea, but alas my eyes deceive me, as I discover it’s actually in Lindon, Utah!

I’m in love with this house. I’m taken by all the subtle neutrals hues, with just a pop of colour and pattern. It’s so bright, crisp, airy, and such a breath of fresh air in Utah real estate! Well done Hatfield Homes, hopefully we’ll be friends in the future!

Been through this home a couple of years ago – think it may have been in the Parade of Home, the builder lives in a lovely house just around the corner – Hatfield Homes have got Talent!

John, this home was just built this year (finished in June) and was in the 2011 Parade of Homes. And you are correct about the builder – he lives next door in his beautiful home. All of the homes in this neighborhood were built by him and he does a wonderful job!

Sarah this is my dream house. When I walked in the front door of this beautiful home, it actually took my breath away.
I had to call Brett to tell him I found it! The house of my dreams. Only I want it scaled down quite a lot, no need for such a big house anymore.
All I have to say is, you have fantastic taste!!

Sarah, I love that you mentioned my name on your blog! I’m famous now ;) I knew you would just adore this house! I love it too! I’m sad I didn’t get to see it in real life at the parade of homes. Maybe someday we’ll be neighbors and have our very own Hatfield Homes :)
