West Elm Pillow Sale

Paying shipping really urkes me, I mean what’s the point in finding a great deal if you have to pay twice as much as the item to get it for you?

My talented sister-in-law is in the process of making me a few new pillow covers for fall (dying to see), but I couldn’t help fall in love with the texture of the first two for this upcoming season. They add a little ‘chunky cozy’ making any couch more inviting for the snuggling season!

   I love the style of West Elm, but I was disappointed with a recent shipping fiasco. Their poor customer service makes me a little nervous to purchase items from West Elm on-line. I like their products enough that I’m not boycotting the store. I just don’t know if I feel safe enough to have them ever ship anything again. However, now that I’ve ranted… let me also state that I ordered a piece of furniture. It may be completely different ordering smaller items.

   I do love “no shipping fees” and I think they are the best way to shop online. :)

   LB I’m bummed to hear you had a bad experience with West Elm’s shipping. I’ve only ever gone in their store to make a purchase, this is my first time ordering via their website. So far, everything has been smooth but I’ll keep you all posted.
