I asked Crate and Barrel’s Live Chat if I might be eligible for FREE SHIPPING, b/c my attempt at an online order required a flat $4.495 fee. I was advised if I called customer service’s 800 # I would be granted free shipping, and I was. I bought 2 Remy rugs and an outdoor mat I needed as well, shipping included.
