Gluten-Free Martha Stewart Macaroons
Baking gluten free can often be complicated and expensive, so I am always thrilled when I find a delicious recipe that is simple and inexpensive.
You can whip these Martha macaroons up in 5 minutes for a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.
What You’ll Need:
3 egg whites
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 c sugar
140z bag sweetened coconut flakes
Whip egg whites, salt, and sugar until frothy and then stir in coconut flakes.
Bake at 350* for 25 mins until golden brown.
* My new oven is baking way too quick, I get the best results at 300 for 25 mins.
