Stevie’s Salsa Recipe

Cinco de Mayo is just around the corner and we can think of no other way to make the day even better than this delicious salsa recipe from my sis-in-law, Stevie!

Here’s What You’ll Need:

1 large container of grape tomatoes

1 medium white onion

1 bunch cilantro

2 tsp minced garlic

1-2 serano peppers

2 limes

Dice tomatoes, chop the onion very fine, mince the garlic, chop the cilantro (use 1/2-3/4 bunch to taste), dice serano peppers, squeeze lime and salt and pepper to taste.  Combine all ingredients into large bowl.  Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.

We like our salsa extra chunky and hot, so we diced everything a little larger than normal and added corn. Paired with your favorite chips this could be lethal…but hey, what are holidays for!
