Festive Meringues

The season of food is here, and we already can’t get enough.

We’ve posted about THIS meringue recipe several times, but we just love how simple and to-die-for delicious they are.

This time we topped them off with the usual whipped cream and seasonal pears + peaches. We added just a light dusting of ground cinnamon, which really gave a festive zing

We swear by meringues because they are the perfect light dessert after a big meal. We’re even having them as part of the Thanksgiving line up this year.

But the really good part is that they can be made up to a week or more in advance and stored in a tin, so there’s very little prep day of consumption…LOVE THAT!

(PS. They are naturally gluten free too, which is a double win win for us!)
