Favorite Breakfast: Easy Cheesy Eggs!

What can you make for breakfast that’s packed with protein, veggies, super cheaps and always in your fridge? Scrambled eggs!

Eggs have fast become our favorite breakfast. They are packed with nutrients and are high in choline which is important for fetal brain development..hence making eggs the perfect breakfast for pregnant or nursing mamas!

Here is our favorite way to prepare them…

boxwood clippings cheesy eggs

INGREDIENTS

3 eggs

1/8 c milk

salt & pepper to taste

2 handfuls of spinach

1 slice  of havarti cheese (you could sub for your favorite)

salsa

 .

DIRECTIONS

Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper and cook on medium-high, tossing occasionally until they start to cook.

Add spinach and cheese and cook until firm.

Serve with salsa on the side.
