Chocolate Lover’s Dream: Guittard Chocolate Pots De Creme
One day while nibbling on our favorite chocolate chips (bad habit), we noticed three words of a recipe on the back of the package. Chocolate. Milk. Butter. SOLD!
This dessert is perfect for a summer’s eve. Large party or intimate gathering, it will not disappoint. Quick, decadent and divine….
2 c Guittard milk chocolate chips
3/4 c whole milk
1/4 c butter
Melt butter and milk in a small saucepan over low heat while stirring to boil.
Remove from heat, add chocolate chips and stir until melted.
Pour into tiny glasses and refrigerate for 2 hours prior to serving.
Garnish with a dollop of cream and fresh fruit (we used mango above).
A tiny little treat everyone will love, and no one will know the recipe is so simple!!!
