One of our favorite things about summer is fresh berries! Who’s with us?!

Here’s an easy-peasy recipe that will wow your taste buds!

INGREDIENTS

6 cups of berries (fresh or frozen)
1 c GF flour (we use THIS)
1/2 c butter
1/2 c brown sugar
1 c GF oats (we use THIS)
2 tsp dried rosemary
vanilla ice-cream

.DIRECTIONS

Divide berries into individual ramekins or place in pie dish.
Mix dry ingredients together, then blend in the butter with fingertips to resemble breadcrumbs.
Spread oat mixture evenly on top of berries.
Bake in oven at 350 until golden brown (ramekins ~15 mins, pie dish ~ 30 mins).

.Serve with fresh vanilla ice-cream.

We recommend prepping ahead, then popping the crumble in the oven while you’re eating dinner so it is nice and warm for dessert. This makes about 6-8 servings.

Yum, yum!

That does look delicious. Aren’t all oats gluten free?

Hi Kimberly, oats should be gluten-free but sometimes are contaminated by the soil. Often wheat and corn crops are alternated in fields contaminating the oats.
