Gluten-Free Berry + Rosemary Crumble
One of our favorite things about summer is fresh berries! Who’s with us?!
Here’s an easy-peasy recipe that will wow your taste buds!
Divide berries into individual ramekins or place in pie dish.
Mix dry ingredients together, then blend in the butter with fingertips to resemble breadcrumbs.
Spread oat mixture evenly on top of berries.
Bake in oven at 350 until golden brown (ramekins ~15 mins, pie dish ~ 30 mins).
.Serve with fresh vanilla ice-cream.
We recommend prepping ahead, then popping the crumble in the oven while you’re eating dinner so it is nice and warm for dessert. This makes about 6-8 servings.
