Em’s Fall Family Room

I love that with every new season, I want our spaces to feel differently.

In the fall I want our family room to feel layered and cozy…ready for hot chocolate and a movie and a comfy place for Jane to play.

Just a few changes in accessories, blankets and throws can completely change a room!

Come back tomorrow to see all my favorite fall sources!

Ha! My husband would NOT let me put pine cones in front of the tv speakers! Looks great, though. :)

Heather, so funny! I came downstairs yesterday to my husband watching football…first thing out of his mouth was “do those spoine cones really have to be there?”

PLEASE share where you got your entertainment center/storage TV console. I’ve been looking and looking for months for something very similar. We’ve been using a repurposed an entryway bench for YEARS now, but just need more storage for our small collection of DVDs, etc. Love your style. Thank you!

Hi Kim, thanks so much for your sweet comment. The console is an Ikea piece that is supposed to be an end table, but I’ve been loving it as a media stand instead. Here is the link: http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/50282139/#/00251809. Thanks again!
