Butternut Squash Fries
We are always interested in new ways to get those veggies in so thought we’d experiment with making butternut squash into fries.
They turned out amazing!!!
Peel and slice butternut squash.
Toss in olive oil, lay on cookie sheet and season with Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and a little dried rosemary.
Bake at 425 Fahrenheit, tossing once until golden brown, about 35 mins.
Mommy and toddler approved!
