Martha’s Parsnip Soup
We are on a soup kick again! Healthy, warm and delicious and such an easy meal.
Is anyone else freezing?! Brrr, it’s cold out there!
We’re such a fan of our mummy’s roasted parsnips this time of year, we had to give THIS recipe a try!
We followed the instructions except we used a red instead of yukon potato and used whole milk instead of cream. Still delicious and a few less calories (not that we’re counting).
