Here’s one more attempt to convince you!

Easy, amazingly delicious and the perfect thing to wow all your holiday guests with this festive twist…

THIS recipe is our favorite. We crushed up 4 candy canes and folded them in gently before baking and spoon small rounds on our parchment rather than one large pavlova.

After cooling, we drizzled with chocolate for extra decadence.

Keep in an airtight container to keep nice and fresh for up to two weeks.

What’s your favorite thing to make this Christmas? If you feel you want to mix it up this year, we promise these will not disappoint!

Looks yummy! Can’t wait to try. Did you cook them for the same time and temp as the recipe calls for when making a pavlova?

Alli, yes, same temperature, and about the same time. It’s hard to go wrong with them…undercook them a little if you want them a little gooey inside, keep the same time if you want them break-apart crunchy! Good luck, hope you love them! Merry Christmas!

I’ve never tried making meringues, these look so delicious! I absolutely love them, so I will have to give this recipe a try (especially with the drizzled chocolate!).
