Veggie Prep for the Week Ahead
I don’t think there’s any question that our families eat healthier when we have a meal plan…
and as always, easier said than done!
Something that’s really helping us this winter is to spend an hour/week peeling, chopping and packing veggies, so they are ready to go and make meal prep so much quicker throughout the week.
