Veggie Prep for the Week Ahead

I don’t think there’s any question that our families eat healthier when we have a meal plan…

and as always, easier said than done!

Something that’s really helping us this winter is to spend an hour/week peeling, chopping and packing veggies, so they are ready to go and make meal prep so much quicker throughout the week.

Here’s what we prepped for this week:

The worst part about this is viewing it as another chore….Netflix and a diet coke during nap time really make this a delight ;) Now have we convinced you to give it a try?

    I could not function without my weekly meal prep! It makes my week go much smoother and it is less daunting to decide what to eat (let alone eat healthily) when it is all ready to go!
