Utah peaches are so amazing right now. Bake them in the oven with crumble, serve with cream and you have the most amazing dessert ever for these cool and chilly autumn nights!
4 peaches halved
1/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c butter
1/2 c flour
1/2 c oats
dash of cinnamon
cream/ice cream to serve
Make crumble by combining oats, flour, butter, sugar and cinnamon should be crumb-like. Place peaches face up on cookie sheet or baking dish and spread crumble over top.
Bake at 350 for 30 mins until crumble is golden brown and peaches are soft.
Serve with heavy cream or ice cream and enjoy every. single. calorie. Serves 8, or you can eat them all up for yourself and we won’t tell a soul!
