A Little Box Advent Calendar

One of our favorite things about Christmas is…the countdown! We loved having advent calendars growing up and can’t wait to share the excitement with our girls this year.

We came up with this super easy and cute advent calendar perfect to personalize for your own family.

This would be such a fun activity thanksgiving weekend to make with the kids and get them excited for the best month of the year!

First we numbered and decorated the boxes, we kept it super simple but imagine the fun you could have with this! Then we placed one candy per family member in each box. Lastly we tied up with string, hopefully this will keep little hands from digging into the chocolate early!

That’s it. The easiest advent ever! We will be displaying ours on a cake stand for the dining table and plan to open them after dinner each night in December.

We think this would make a super cute family gift too!

It’s the little things that makes the Christmas season a little brighter don’t you agree?!
